In this English lead, Vinyasa-styled class, you can expect to flow through dynamic, fluid and creative movements, guided by the rhythm of the breath, before softening deeply into restorative stretches and pranayamas.

This class is designed to create space and lightness in your body and to foster stillness and self-compassion in your mind. It warmly welcomes all bodies, with levels of experience with yoga (and also all levels of English!). Together, we will foster joy, playfulness and curiosity, as well as relaxation, introspection and self-love.
