Discover or rediscover Pralaya Yoga’s essentials within a gentle sequence to prepare and quiet the body/mind for the vibrational exploration. We will then expand the flow of the Breath to chant the Sacred Syllable Om following a specific rhythmic pattern. The Mantra thus becomes a Pranayama with optimised potential. The practice ends in Silence.
