My classes are a space to challenge yourself with kindness, connect with your body, and discover the joy that comes from moving with purpose.

With eight years of professional ballet experience with the Norwegian National Ballet and Slovak National Ballet, movement has been an integral part of my life. I am BASI certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates and hold a 200-hour Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga certification from La Casa Shambala in Alicante.

My own experience with injury has deeply shaped my approach to movement and teaching. In late 2025, I experienced a significant lumbar disc herniation that temporarily changed the way I moved and trained. Through a gradual process of rehabilitation, mindful movement, Pilates, and yoga, I rebuilt my strength and confidence in my body. This experience gave me a particularly personal understanding of the importance of appropriate modifications, respecting individual limitations, and progressing movement safely through injury recovery. My approach to teaching is grounded in mindfulness, self-awareness, and confidence in your own body. Through Pilates and yoga, I invite you to move with intention, listen to your body, and build a stronger relationship with yourself. I bring both my professional dance background and my own rehabilitation experience into my teaching, with a strong awareness of how movement can be adapted to different bodies, abilities, and stages of recovery. My inspiration is the yogic principle of tapas: discipline and dedication to the practice. I believe that showing up for ourselves can become a source of strength, confidence, and ultimately, joy.
